The KBP Team
Bill Kelly Bill brings the business and sales mind to our team. Extreme sports from rock climbing to snow sports brought Bill to the Truckee Lake Tahoe area from Toledo, Ohio. He started painting "oilers" in the summer with his brother, Kevin. He knew they could fair well on their own. 15 years later their company is one of the largest businesses in Truckee and their charitable work supports many community non-profits, schools and organizations, thanks to Bill's guidance and fearlessness. Bill and his wife Jennifer have three beautiful active girls Kailea, Lylah and Keva. When Bill can escape from his busy day you will find him biking in the mountains. |
Erin Kelly Erin was invited to join her brothers painting adventurer back in 2002 when they realized they needed their sister's artistic eyes and talent. Erin has a love of the arts and was thrilled to be playing with paint everyday. She never dreamed her canvas would be the homes and businesses of Truckee and Lake Tahoe. Erin has been responsible for color and design and has worked with top decorators locally and from around the country creating beautiful award winning designs. Erin hikes, enjoys CrossFit and is madly in love with Sadie, her Bernese Mountain dog. Currently, she is working on a degree from a culinary school. |
Kevin Kelly Kevin is the quarter back, he leads the company with a great smile and a winning way with clients and employees alike. Adventure and fun enticed Kevin as he made Truckee/Lake Tahoe his home back in the '90's. He found painting a great staple to fund his extreme mountain living. As Chief Operations Officer Kevin keeps the jobs on schedule, always looking for new ways to improve and appreciates and respects his teams. Kevin and his wife Sally enjoy raising two rambunctious boys Gaven and Miles and their adorable daughter Charlotte. Presently, Kevin takes care of his stress by enjoying time at his local CrossFit or dirt biking. |

Director KBP Painting
Jose is known to all of us as Pepe. He is greatly loved by the Kelly Clan for we had been looking for years for someone that could keep up with Kevin Kelly. He surpassed our expectations. Pepe proved himself quickly and was awarded the project manager of the Martis Camp Lodge. His work was honored with a National award by the Painting Decorating Contractors of America. Pepe's management skills, customer relations and knowledge of the industry continues to receive deep respect from the KBP family. Pepe has two of the most amazing sons, Jose and Carlos. Soccer is the game for this family.

Victor has been part of the Kelly Brothers family since 2007. You will find him out in the field creating positive energy and keeping the projects on track. Since he began at KBP, his dedication and eye for detail keeps pushing him up the company ladder. Victor commented that his most enjoyable part of the job is working with all of the KBP employees. On his off time, Victor creates amazing dishes for his friends and family and enjoys boating many of the lakes up in the Tahoe area.

Since 2011, Diego has been an intricate part in creating lasting relationships with our customers. Being our main contact at Schafer Mill, he has received much praise on how he handles the work performed. His enthusiasm, hard work and outgoing personality receives positive attention from those that work with him. When not working in the Truckee area, you will find Diego playing soccer at the local Reno fields with his 3 children.

His talents range in so many areas of the construction industry we are honored to have him head the KBP Construction Division. Jason has been married to his beautiful bride Sheryl for eleven years. Their hobby is traveling the world from Belize to Iceland. This smart couple has the best of both worlds. When they need kid time they have proven to be the best Uncle Jay and Auntie Cheryl for the Kelly kids. Good living.

When Mark approached Bill to bring his business, Simple-Power under the KBP umbrella "Yes" echoed in the air. Mark holds a NABCEP certification, the industry’s highest accreditation and recognition of excellence and is also a qualified solar power installer for Truckee Donner PUD. Mark's wife, Meg McCracken runs the Squaw Valley Yoga program. Beautiful Lily is their four year old daughter. On his days off, Mark can be found participating in extreme sports.

Understanding and applying Solar designs in the harsh Sierra climate can be a big challenge. Mike’s experience in construction and real estate in and around the Tahoe Region helps the Simple Power Team tackle difficult Solar applications. Mike and his wife Merrily have three children Aria, Macallan, and Orion.

Matt is Mr. Personality, providing a welcome smile and a sense of interest in your day. Matt is our estimator and has been working over three years at KBP. He does an amazing job of accommodating the customer and informing them of the best actions to take. Matt helps the administration staff coordinating everything from auto maintenance, OSHA, safety meetings and staff training. Matt lives in Glenshire with his wife and their two children Montana and boy. Matt loves hunting ,traveling and his family.

Her bilingual skills keep our communications on track. She's a great motivator and guides the crews with support and concern for their well being. Chely has one handsome son, Adrian, 7 years old. In her spare time Chely loves to read and cook. You can always rely on her for a good laugh.

Deborah Kelly-
Mother - Marketing - Retired
After raising four free spirited Kelly children there is not much this mom can't manage to do. Deb arrived in the Truckee Lake Tahoe area in 2003 from Ohio. She noticed a little marketing might support the growth of Kelly Brothers Painting. For the last decade she has enjoyed being marketing director and becoming active in the community. She still keeps her foot in the door and helps out where she can. She marvels at her extended family of employees, all beautiful people that she enjoys. She is madly in love with her eight grandchildren, too.
Mother - Marketing - Retired
